Bags are packed, my room is clean, now it's time to gather at the grandparents for a delicious pot luck meal.

Took the dogs on a nice walk through Bottle Lake forest, was nice and calming, saying goodbye to Jess as I left the house was sad. I gave her a chew bone and left her on her to munch on her bean bag.

Have just finished a delicious meal, unfortunately nerves are getting the better of me and couldn't go back for seconds!! It is nice to have all the family together but I'm finding it tough knowing that I'll be missing a few of these family dinners while I'm away.
I love you all, but I must do what I've spent so much time aspiring to achieve.
I'll leave you with a phrase that I've been saying over and over in my head. It gives me strength and fills me with excitement.

ReplyDeleteGonna miss you but really proud that you set a goal and you are off to enjoy it - there will be great times and maybe some not so great, but it is an adventure and you will always remember it.
